Bagwood lake at Woodlands is roughly 4 acres in size and is stocked with approximately 250 Carp,which can be up to 35lbs in weight.

Adult Day Fishing Prices: 12-hour maximum daytime ticket £16.00 (7 am-7 pm)
Junior Day Fishing Prices: (Must be accompanied by an adult) 12-hour maximum daytime ticket £13.00 (7 am-7 pm)
Night Tickets are from 19.00hrs- 07.00hrs £16.00
Adult 24 hour Fishing Prices: 24-hour ticket £24.00 (24 hr tickets are from time of purchase) Guests staying overnight must purchase a 12 hr ticket (£16.00) regardless if they are fishing or not Tickets to be purchased before setting up of equipment or starting to fish
Junior 24 hour Fishing Prices: (Must be accompanied by an adult) 24-Hour ticket £20.00
Day time ticket: This entitles the ticket holder up to a maximum of 12 hours fishing between the hours of 7 am until 7 pm. All daytime fishers must leave the lake by 7 pm.
Woodlands Golf & Country Club does not accept liability for injury to any person fishing, visitors or guests or damage to their property. The individual is responsible for their own safety and the safety of others whilst on the fishing lakes and the premises.
It is your duty to be aware of the rules with particular reference to safety and your personal insurance on the entire premises of Woodlands Golf and Country Club and Bagwood Lake.
All Carp anglers must use unhooking mats at all times
Beanie type unhooking mat of 36" square or large cradle
No fixed lead/death rigs.
Bait boats are permitted
Micro Barb and Barbless hooks only to be used. No Trebles
No swimming-boats-nuts-ground bait.All nuts are banned
No braided mainline except for Spod and Marker rods

Junior Rules:
An adult must accompany children under the age of 16.
Juniors under the age of 16 will receive discounted rates. Proof of age may be requested
Junior Prices: Juniors must be accompanied by a parent or Guardian at all times, no juniors under the age of 8 can be on the lake overnight
Juniors cannot fish on swims 1 & 2 for safety reasons

Rules and Regulations
This is a private lake you may only proceed to the lake after you purchase a ticket.
You must purchase a ticket in the Professional Shop or Clubhouse before you set up and start to fish.
Bagwood Lake is patrolled and monitored to ensure all fishers are in possession of a correctly dated fishing ticket, anyone caught without a ticket may be asked to pay a fine prosecuted or told to leave the lake.
Bagwood Lake is open 7 Days a week.
For security reasons the Woodlands Car Park will be locked at Night.
Anglers without the Correct equipment will be asked to leave and no refund will be given
You may fish from the designated pegs only. Anyone fishing from grass areas will be asked to leave immediately
You are allowed to use up to a maximum of 3 rods per fisher (if 3 rod licence is owned)
Please remember you are required by law to purchase a rod license from the Post Office.

Tubing to be used on all rigs,minimum 24 inches
Please take your rubbish home or put it in the bins provided.
All fish that are caught must be returned to the lake, they are the property of Woodlands.
