The minimum number of golfers to qualify as a society is 12 so to confirm your booking we require a deposit of £250 for weekdays and £300 weekends. We accept credit cards and cash in the pro shop or a bank transfer but sorry no cheques.

12 Golfers or more qualifies you for Society status and guarantees your tee times.
If you would like Longest Drive or nearest to the pin we can arrange this for you.
Ensure everyone coming is familiar with the rules and etiquette of golf.
We prefer your Society to play in either 3 balls or 4 balls and to adopt the Stableford points system or some type of team golf. Under no circumstances is medal play allowable.
Don't forget the prizes. Discount is given to all societies when they shop at Woodlands.
A minimum deposit for 12 golfers must be made when booking your society.
All Catering requirements and final golf numbers for more than 12 golfers have to be confirmed and paid in full no later than 48 hours in advance after this time a refund will not be possible.
The suggested interval between 4 balls is 8 minutes weekdays and 10 weekends the earliest start time for societies is 8am .
Please note that a round of 18 holes takes approximately 4 hours.
